Our Purpose
So how exactly do we do this? Our strategy comes from the Great Commandment, the Great Commission, and the Great Collaboration.
THE GREAT COMMANDMENT
When Jesus was asked, “Which is the most important command?” He replied “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. ’This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments”

THE GREAT COMMISSION
Jesus gave his disciples and all of us our marching orders right before he ascended into heaven – this is what he said: “Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you”

THE GREAT COLLABORATION
I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.

OUR STRATEGY
Our strategy is to model and replicate Jesus’ ministry. Jesus loved the lost, invested in the few, spent time with His Father, and was relational and intentional about making disciples who made disciples.
Our strategy helps us to help people live out the Great Commandment, carry out the Great Commission, and join in on the Great Collaboration. Our strategy is to help people along a discipleship pathway. The pathway is intentional, relational, and continuous. The pathway consists of:
Going into the world to intentionally build relationships that lead to opportunities to share the gospel and invite people to “come and see”
Weekly gathering were people are invited into “following” Jesus and are equipped for the work of the ministry and mission
Groups of 8 to 15 people (male and female) who meet to develop relationships, grow in their faith, and serve together
Closed groups of 3 to 5 people (gender-exclusive) who meet weekly, pray and rely on the Spirit continuously, read/journal daily, and memorize scripture weekly for 12 to 18 months
